Small Business Loans & Employee Retention Tax Credit

The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) closed on May 31st but companies may now seek PPP loan forgiveness if funds were used to cover payroll costs, rent and utilities. The Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program is open until Dec. 31st). The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) helps companies that kept workers on the payroll despite revenue losses.
